Vendor Coordinator Analyst

Currently, Vision Technology is seeking a Vendor Coordinator Analyst to join our team.
This position will be responsible for conducting a vendor gap analysis on a recurring basis to conduct thorough review and the review assesses residual risk based on the vendor controls, polices, and procedures in accordance with the T. Rowe Price vendor management standards. The incumbent should be able to ensure that a vendor maintains adequate/not adequate controls Scorecard: Implement and maintained vendor scorecard to measure performance of vendors with an emphasis on Time, Quality, Support and Compliance improving overall performance Governance: Monitored performance of Tier 1 vendors through established governance structure that included monthly service level, contract change, issue management, and financial reviews, as well as quarterly executive meetings to ensure customer expectations were met or exceeded Contracts: Participate in and lead contract negotiations with vendors (i.e. renegotiations extensions terminations and new business) Draft and negotiate contract amendments which accurately reflect required modifications to existing contracts, Answer complex contract questions and provide contract interpretations, Identify and mitigate issues and risks as well as assess the impact of alternative courses of action Provide sound and well-reasoned contract guidance to the business and other internal functions based upon established policies guidelines and professional judgment
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Proficient with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Communicate effectively and negotiate with all levels
- Practice well-developed oral and written communication skills
- Apply creative thinking to solve problems
- Be self-motivated and able to learn on the job with assistance
- Be detail oriented organized and can multi-task
- Develop working relationships with key internal partners
